Common questions

Is an online consultation as good as visiting a clinic?

For many common and follow-up problems, yes. Anything that needs a physical examination, scan or test will be referred to a clinic or lab.

Will I get a prescription?

If the doctor decides medicines are appropriate and permitted for an online consult, a prescription is sent to you digitally.

What should I keep ready?

A list of your symptoms, current medicines, allergies and any recent reports. A stable phone network helps for video.

Can I consult for a family member?

Yes. Mention this when you book, and have the patient present for the call wherever possible.

What if I need urgent help?

Call 112 or 108, or go to the nearest hospital. Online consultation is not a substitute for emergency care.

Have a health concern today?
